  • Super Heater Bends/Coils

    Superheater Coils: Super heater coils are used in a boiler to generate saturated steam. The super heater coils are specially used in Boilers of Power plant. We manufacture Super heater coils in various grades of Alloy steel.

  • Finned Or Studded Tubes

    Fin tubes are used wherever electric power is generated or raw materials are refined and where efficient cooling is required. Fin tubes are needed in a constantly increasing quanitity for the production of heatexchangers.

  • Coils

    Coils are used in downstream of Boiler bank to preheat the feed water absorbing heat from hot exhaust gases. Economizers are always water tube type. Economizers have different types of Tubes depending upon the application.

  • Piping Spools

    Pipe spools are fabricated using various types of raw pipes and pipe fittings and they include flanges, elbows, tees, and a lot more. They are usually fabricated offsite. The raw pipes are pre-cut to specific sizes and together with pipe fittings and other components.

  • Super Heater Coils

    Super heater coils are used in a boiler to generate saturated steam. The super heater coils are specially used in Boilers of Power plant. We manufacture Super heater coils in various grades of Alloy steel with or without support & Header as per customer’s drawing.

About Zion Unit 2

We had conceived, erect and operate cogeneration power plant (10 MW) at Caveri cooperative khand udyog, Chikhali, Valsad. It is first of its kind Co-generation grid connected power plant in Gujarat. The power thus produced will be for captive consumption as well as exports to Grid. The back pressure steam to be used in sugar manufacturing process. The power generation will be THROUGHOUT THE YEAR i.e. in cane crushing season & non seasonal also. We will use not only sugar industry waste BAGGASSE but also other wide variety of AGRO WASTES / BIOMASSES. The furnace design and overall system integration / selection are of utmost important.

  6. Total power available for export per year = 74000 MW
  7. Baggasse available in NON SEASONAL PERIOD for 73 days
  8. We will use other biomasses / agro wastes in non seasonal period for rest of the days 127 ( 360-160-73 )
